The former Nigerian football star expressed his admiration after the Super Falcons secured a remarkable 3-2 victory against the host nation, Australia, at Suncorp Stadium. Uchenna Kanu, Osinachi Ohale, and Asisat Oshoala netted crucial goals for the Nigerian team, while Emily van Egmond and Alanna Kennedy scored for Australia.
Taking to his Twitter handle, Kanu congratulated the Super Falcons and urged them to keep moving forward.
