GEAPP is a new initiative launched in November 2021 by the Rockefeller Foundation, the Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) initiative, and the World Economic Forum. GEAPP aims to mobilize $100 billion in public and private capital to accelerate the deployment of clean energy in developing countries.
Osinbajo’s appointment as a Global Advisor is a significant development for GEAPP. He is a respected figure in the global energy community, and his appointment will help raise the GEAPP profile and its work.
