Judge Refers Police Lawyer to EFCC for Unauthorized Charges Against Stella Oduah

An interesting incident unfolded at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday morning as Justice James Omotosho directed Ibrahim Mohammed, a lawyer representing the Police, to be investigated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

This action was taken due to the lawyer filing an 8-count criminal charge against Senator Stella Adaeze Oduah in the name of EFCC without proper authorization from the anti-graft agency.
