On Monday, the Nigerian naira showed improvement as it gained value against the US dollar, reaching an exchange rate of N741.50 at the investors’ and exporters’ window.
Compared to the closing rate of N769.25 on June 30, the naira experienced a significant increase of 3.61%.
The open indicative rate settled at N760.39 for one US dollar.
During the day’s trading, the highest recorded exchange rate was N792 to the dollar before stabilizing at N741.50.

A total of $88.68 million worth of transactions occurred at the investors and exporters window on Monday.
