Festus Keyamo, the former Minister of State for Labour and Employment, has expressed that Nigerians should feel a sense of pride in having Bola Tinubu as their president.
Keyamo highlighted Tinubu’s profound understanding of the intricacies of developing a modern economy.
He elaborated that Tinubu can establish strong connections with other African leaders regarding such initiatives.
In a tweet, the former minister observed the emergence of a new generation of leaders in Africa who possess clear visions for how they want their economies and societies to function.
Keyamo emphasized that these leaders have ideas that prioritize self-sufficiency and cultural values, which may diverge from the theories and conditions imposed by the Western world and other larger economies that may not align with the aspirations of their people.
He stated, “We should take pride in having @officialABAT as our President at this time, who, based on his impressive track record, comprehends all the intricacies involved in fostering a modern economy and can readily engage with other African leaders on such initiatives.”
