16 LG Caretaker Chairmen Dismissed By Taraba Governor

The caretaker committee, Chairmen of the 16 local government districts in Taraba State, were disbanded by Governor Agbu Kefas.

The order was given a few hours after he took office as the state’s governor.

Yusuf Sanda, his chief press secretary, said this in a statement.

He stated, “The dissolution became effective on May 29, 2023.

The Executive Governor has ordered the former CTC Chairmen to immediately turn over whatever government property they are in possession of to the Head of Local Government Administration of their respective Councils.
