Atiku Abubakar, the former Vice President, and his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), have announced their intention to summon a maximum of 100 witnesses to provide testimony in their petition against the election of Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
This petition is being presented before the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC). During the proceedings’ resumption in Abuja, their legal representative, Chris Uche (SAN), made this revelation. Uche explained that the anticipated witnesses would include those who have already been listed and those who would be subpoenaed.

Furthermore, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) plans to call two witnesses, while President-elect Bola Tinubu intends to call 39 witnesses and those who will be subpoenaed. Additionally, the All Progressives Congress (APC) aims to present 25 witnesses and those who will be subpoenaed.
