Recall On Monday morning, Hilda had broken and tied the record for the longest cooking time, previously held by Indian chef Lata Tandon.
The chef, born in Akwa, Ibom, would eventually achieve her first 96-hour goal before continuing for an additional four hours and setting a new world record of 100 hours.
On Thursday at 4 PM Nigerian time, Hilda switched on the stove to begin the cook-a-thon.
Some of the luminaries that supported her in her quest include Senate president candidate Godswill Akpabio, Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwoolu, and President Muhammadu Buhari.
