A group of five residents from the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) have taken legal action against the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) and the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN).
The lawsuit concerns the recent declaration of Senator Bola Tinubu as the president-elect of Nigeria, which the plaintiffs argue is unconstitutional and unlawful.
The residents claim that the electoral process was not conducted in accordance with the law and that there were irregularities and discrepancies in the vote counting and tabulation process.
