Supreme Court today certified that BVAS remains the only means to determine the authenticity of votes cast in an election.
With this Supreme Court Judgement the INEC responses here in paragraph 30 and 31 is now void.
The court held BVAS is the primary source of accreditation data. By implication IREV is the primary source of scores of political parties. Section 48( a) of INEC regulations.
