VP Osinbajo Visits Rivers State to Commission State-of-the-Art Power Plant

Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, the vice president, has arrived in Rivers State to inaugurate a private power facility.

The 240MW Afam Three Fast Power project is a division of the Transcorp Group and is situated in the Rivers State town of Oyigbo, just outside of Port Harcourt.

Osinbajo, who arrived at the location in a helicopter at precisely 11:35 am, was led inside and welcomed by Tony Elumelu, Chairman of Transcorp Group, and other dignitaries.
